CAUTION the picture shows exaust valve being compressed but intake spring using this tool it hits the fuel rail so it (fuel rail) must be removed.I am trying to make a spacer to avoid this will post a solution when found.Update 9.6.2024 I have modified the tool and luck would have it. Worked perfectly.As you can see by pic. Just cut of the top and weld it to the side. Now the spring will be fully compresses before it hits fuel rail. 3.7 jeep #4 cylinder intake valve spring.

I used this tool on a 2002 Grand Cherokee 4.7 engine, to replace valve seals. Worked like a charm for me. Use it as intended and keep it in-line, and the tool is definitely strong enough. The price is why I liked this product and I would highly recommend.
