The product is great i ordered one a while back off of the Rockville website and loved it bought this one so I could pair them Together. It's just that I received it damaged it was obviously dropped at some point it just seems like most of my products coming from Amazon come damaged and I spend more time trying to figure out how to return or replace my items than I am enjoying them. I try to stay positive with the reviews but can we please quit sending me already damaged products

I know audio. This thing is not 1000 watts. More like 10 watts. I can talk over this at full volume. the rest of the unit is fine for the money.

Great for PA or Karoke. Mike volume is plenty but needs better volume for musicNeeds separate mic volumes
