This is my third Rockville amp for my boat. My complete sound system is Rockville . 4 zone head unit . 4 six inch speakers . 4 eight inch speakers . 2 ten inch subs and 2 tower speakers. I really push this system to its limits some times for 2 to 3 hours. Compare to high end systems . This system do not fall short on sound .The 3 different Rockville amps on my boat is better than most of the high end amps . The best is it cost a third of the high end equipment . Thanks Rockville . I am a sound guy and enjoy to compare with the high end guys.

It has alot of power . Will pick up your speakers like nothing . 8 hours of riding didnt get hot like other amps. Power 2 6.5 marine speakers like nothing will add 2 more and pretty sure it will power just fine

It works when playing music but I had it installed and realized it was causing power to travel through the amp and to the radio which in turn would cause it to make a terrible noise when no power or audio signal was on. The amp did this even with only the rca, power, and ground plugged in. It was installed correctly and even with the boats battery terminals not on the battery, only the amp hooked up to power and RCA it would back feed and cause electrical issues with the radio and other items hooked to the radio. You get what you pay for hopefully they return it easily. Maybe I just got a bad unit but know it does get considerably hot after only 5-10 min of use. The microphone is also very cheaply made but it did work

I installed this on my boat as a replacement for one of the factory Roswell amps that had died on my starboard side. I was able to adjust the Rockville easily to match the port side still running another Roswell. My only challenge with the install was the power and speaker wires were opposite from the layout of the Roswell, and my wires didn’t have enough length to reach. I solved that problem by cutting some blocks to allow the new amp to install “rear facing”. This also allows plenty of airflow around front and back. Great value.

Besides them getting incredibly hot when blasting music for 8 hours straight in 110F heat and not dying, they work great. Been super happy with rockville's marine gear, especially for the price.I built my system with rockville gear and proper marine wires fully expecting the rockville gear to die and then just plug in new, more expensive, gear, but the rockville stuff won't die...Would buy again... If I ever need to...

For some reason if I try to use the mic at all setting I'm my sxs it screeches really loud so I gotta get out of the bike and stretch the cord all the way out to talk on mic but so far it's pushing my 6 5¹/² speakers and my 2 8in tower speakers fine good sound and a lil bass

This is the first amp I've bought in about 25 years. I bought it because it's a marine amplifier so I could install it on my Harley. I have it pushing six 6.5" DS18 speakers. The sound quality is superb. It was very easy to install and setup. I did buy an extra wiring kit in case I needed it, but I really didn't need to because it came with everything I needed. It is pretty big for a motorcycle but I was already planning on installing it in a saddlebag anyway. Overall I can't really say one bad thing about shopping for, buying and installing my Rockville amplifier!

I hooked this up to 4 kicker 6.5 speakers and 1 kicker 10 inch sub on my pontoon. I had to adjust the settings in my head unit to turn the bass down! It pounded. I was not expecting that. I had to test it out the minute I was done installing it obviously. I had the boat in my driveway. Turned on the system and put on some obnoxious new rap song with stupid bass. My neighbors windows were rattling. Lucky hes a cool guy and got a laugh out of it. Moral of the story. It provides great power for a reasonable price and you can use the PA system to yell at your friends or family after you've had one to many margaritas! Added bonus!
