I ordered 2 of these in different sizes. The decorative ends of one was totally broken into multiple pieces. The second one, the wrong parts were included so I can't actually screw the ends into the rod. Totally useless. I was in a middle of a big redecorating project and didn't open these right away, so now I can't even return. The rods were also really scratched up. Do not buy.

The rod is even more beautiful in person. The quality, durability, and the looks of the rod is excellent. This is the third time I have purchased Rod Desyne. I have them in my living room, bedroom and now kitchen.

It came damaged with a few dents. Missing the large end finial insert. The rod is solid and nice.

My items arrived damaged and it was not due to shipping but due to the packaging. Also the packaging for this item is prone to open by tearing and when I received mine it was missing a crucial piece of the hard plastic to attach the end decoration piece. Improve the packaging for this item please.I also did not like the fact that the size of this rod is so big. Most curtains will not fit this large of a rod. I returned this item for another Rod Desyne set that wasn't so large.

I nearly went with 1 long rod but decided on 3 separate ones for these odd windows and the drapes I had just made for our family room. It’s not easy finding a shorter, thick drapery rod over an inch in circumference but these worked out well at an 1 ½”.The other problem was finding rings that fit but I did find some on Amazon – 1 7/8” sold by Urbanest. Unfortunately, they don’t come in metallic and the dark rings looked horrible on the silver poles. So…I spray painted the pole and left the finials silver and they look pretty good, as well as matching another pole I had in the room.With finials they are approximately 36” wide at their smallest size, were fairly easy to install on my own and they feel very sturdy as my draperies are pretty heavy. I really like them and highly recommend them.

I was nervous about ordering online without being able to assess quality. It is super sturdy and so elegant. I am in love with it and it's the perfect curtain for my home. Covers three windows in my living room. Very good quality and it's exactly what I wanted. I like that I can adjust it as needed.

Beautiful rod design. The small petals are just a bit more fragile but don't bump them hard on anything and "why would you" so just a very nice rod.

Absolutely beautiful rod!!!! The ends (balls) are so pretty you will keep picking them up and looking at themThe only thing I will say is be careful when u have the rod up and move it... The clips that hold the rod in place so it won't move scratches the rod!!! So please be careful.. Maybe back the screw outNOTE: owner of rod if u are reading this you should put a plastic coating on that screw!!!Enjoy your rod

I loved the size of these rods. Nice and thick with wonderful detail in the finials. I would have given this a five starexcept for one thing. I ordered 3 rods. Two came together and one separate. The individual ones' finials were very silverlooking and thats what I thought I was getting. However, the two that came together were almost black with some silverhigh lights brushed on top. So, they didn't match! Fortunately the way I was hanging them (over a hot tub) they weren't tooclose for inspection and I was able to use the overly silver ones on each end so you couldn't compare them side by side.One more thing, the finials are VERY large and you need to keep this in mind when measuring the length of the bar. Iwould definitely go smaller as you need to add about 5" to each end for the finials. Over all, they look amazing and I wouldorder them again. They also shipped very quick!
