There are no orange pads. That is the trailer bunk boards.

Built well, but did not realize how short this was. Not able to use because to short for my boat.

The tie downs work good. Easy to adjust and really clamp the back of my boat down tight to the trailer. They are fast and easy to install.That is what they are supposed to do, and they do it well! I would buy them again.
