I had the keyboard for three weeks when it stopped working. I had to contact Roland for tech support but they didn't get back to me, and I was told I only had a month to send it back. If it was to trade for another keyboard I would have to pay shipping ( not cheap) or i could get refund. I asked for refund and got new keyboard from musicians friend. Much better customer service experience.

Amazing synth. You need be fairly technical to get the most out of this.The bundle has some decent stuff. The stand, bench, and pedal are sufficient to get you going. They won't handle the demands of heavy gigging. But for home, it's fine. I sold them on marketplace for $65 because I had stuff already.For the unaware...You need speakers or headphones to hear the keyboard. It has no internal speakers!

I ordered thru business Amazon as price was less. When I was charged on credit card was more $. Sent email to seller and didn’t receive a response. The sustain pedal didn’t work correctly. Was difficult to get replaced as the person answering phone line was a foreigner? Hmmmmm

My ds88 arrived promptly in great condition. All items met my expectations but the keyboard has blown me away. Great sounds and great feel. I didn’t receive a dvd but I found YouTube lol

Awesome Roland for the price and really appreciate the bundle Austin Bizarre put together. This is a great keyboard with lots of options, sounds, pads, etc. Just remember that it doesn’t have built in speakers since this is a performance level keyboard.

All the hype about Roland instruments is true. This is the best keyboard synth I have owned. Key are beautifully weighted grand piano style, keyboard is just wreaks quality. Its heavy, for and old man, but just solidly put together. Haven't heard it yet! Have to setup speakers. Will write more when I do. My only problem was with the stand. The instructions for putting that together were sparse. Still I managed. I have enclosed a few pics to put the stand together. Hopefully these help

I love the sound of the Rolands in general so getting my own has been amazing. This may not be the super high end full workshop one but it has a lot of neat settings and gets the job done in a simple way. I love how streamlined it is and simple to dive into. Other keyboards tend to be a little too "knoby" and I get lost with all the tinkering they can do. This model works great with live playing and can layer sounds for the keys, plus they are weighted and I really liked how it came with a stool and stand along with it. Best purchase of 2020!

Stand was impossible to assemble with very poor instructions. No connecting chords of any type were provided. No mention in product description that keyboard required either headphones or a separate amp. Probably a good product but not for amateurs.
