My daughter loves it. It took time to put it together. It does not slide, the weight is great, and the size is just right for her. The build quality is great because I made sure those screws was not loose.

It's definitely a two person and 4 hour extravaganza but very much worth it!!! Surprisingly solid, directions easy to follow. All needed screws, bolts, Allen keys included. One downfall for us was that the light strip has to be plugged into one of the slots vs wired into the part that gets plugged into the wall, therefore you have one less plug for charging phones etc.

Update: This bed frame kit has two types of fabric available depending on color...Black comes with leather like material but looks like real leather; or Grey, which is a fabric material similar to flannel or felt.This bed frame and headboard were in perfect condition, even after our UPS man dropped it in front of our garage, without bending, as it made a very loud bang (it is very heavy so you will need help if you are old like me and maybe even if you aren't).My friend told me after he put it together (4 hours) how to avoid some of the issues noted by others in their reviews.1. Slats shifting while sleeping and even falling out under the bed...Included in the package of parts, are small rubber plugs which you must add to the sides of each slat where it meets the side rails. You just push them in. These plugs keep the slats from moving.2. Light kit that doesn't stay up due to poor glue. He used clear double sided tape to add additional stickiness before installing the light kit.3. Mattress that, after awhile, will sag between the 6" spaces between slats. This is common for all slat type frames so I purchased a 10mm Bunkie Board and he installed it on the slats under the mattress.4. Legs are weak and bend under extreme weight...I honestly didn't see this as all the legs were metal and seemed strong, but I did decide to add additional metal legs to the frame as I'm not a skinny woman.5. End drawers that open when you don't want them to or don't close flush...if you watch any of the video reviews, you see there is a latch you hook the back of the drawers to that keeps them from opening and lines the drawer perfectly when closed. Lift up to open. They are on wheels and easily roll in and out.Once he was done, my friend said this bed frame was the best quality item I had purchased from Amazon so far, that he had put together for me. There are many pieces, but they were all clearly marked and none were missing and all holes lined up perfectly. Assembled it in less then 2 hours. Added some additional leds to the bottom to create a under glow.. Sturdy and plenty of extra space for storage

Excellent frame. Sturdy. Quiet. Supportive. BUT, it is a beast to put together. It isn’t hard. Clear well organized packaging and labeling of parts. It just TIME CONSUMING. It took several hours just to get the headboard together. It went pretty quickly after that. So if you have the time and patience, I think it was worth it. I did add some wall braces to the back of the head board for added stability (I lean on my headboard a lot watching tv in bed). With those this thing doesn’t budge at all. Overall it’s cute, the storage is awesome. It looks nice. The lights are cool and useful. Recommend for those who don’t mind a puzzle at first. I did it alone and it turned out great.

The Rolanstar bed frame has been great overall! Customer service was absolutely top of the line, they quickly addressed a issue and were amazing throughout. We love how the bed brings our room to life! The only downside is the headboard, which is made of particle board and makes a bit of noise. I plan to do some research to find a way to reduce the shaking or movement. Other than that, we absolutely LOVE it!

Very easy to build. Solid, good support. The only complaint i would have would be the 2 drawers on the floor, the drawers themselves are great and solid, but the rolling system and the lock to keep them in place can use some work as if they aren't aligned properly they just move all over the place

It is basically an Ikea style kit bed frame and headboard. The lights are nice for a young person, it may add to their instagram posts. The construction will not hold up to repeated vigorous activities, but is perfect for normal use. It looks sharp, and will function. We brought in a thick foam mattress that comes compressed in a box. Even with the tall mattress, I had to add another board below the headboard to prevent pillows from shooting through the gap.

Very nice bed frame for the money. Not squeaky, fit the mattress well. The supporting bars are all metal and and the finish is nice. The drawers are a little flimsy (still totally usable) but given the rest of the construction, I was fine with that. I've spent more on a bed frame that came with flimsy cheap plywood supports.

Awesome bed. Easy to put together and doesn’t squeak at all. Love this bed. The only con I can see is that you’re sleeping lower than normal and you can’t really put stilts on it. But overall my wife and I love our new bed!

The bed delivers on its promises, it:-is quiet-fits the (king) mattress-included all the tools needed to assemble-feels sturdyA couple notes off the top of my head:-there are buttons included for the LED lights. No app is "required" to use them.-on the back side of the headboard there are 90d clips that take 1 bolt on each side. Read the instructions carefully. There's silver colored bolts that are SHORTER and are to be screwed into the wood sides. The black ones are longer and made to screw into the back of the headboard. If you don't pay attention to the instructions and use the black ones on the side they will damage the wood like another reviewer here did.-the drawers on the headboard have stoppers so they don't fall out on your head. Make sure you orient them correctly so the latch clip faces down and points back toward the wall. These drawers are also folded fabric with a plastic sheet inside the walls so don't expect wooden drawers.Overall happy with the frame. My old wood one was SO CREAKY I was literally waking up all night while rolling over. This frame is sturdy. Looks modern. The lights are a fun touch. But most importantly it's quiet and sturdy.
