I really like this product even tho it came in a million pieces. Was easy to assemble. Recommend tightening the screws just an extra bit with the Allen wrench and a pair of channel locks to prevent shifting on the future and loosening of screws while in and out of it and sleeping in it at night. I get excited to go to bed now and am an older adult but this foundation makes me feel good safe and happy

so far im loving it. only time will tell tho. very easy to put together instuctions were ok but the tools and screws n stuff was numbered like the pictures in the intructions and the screws have picture of whats what and tells you its a slot for extra if u loose a screw or something was nice to see that. if you set the frame right no other tools will be needed, but they do tell u that u may need a hammer to hit some stuff in. i thought i would need it but nope. 2 down sides is that if u actually dont put it together correctly and u have to hammer/hit parts in then that means the frames not sqaure and it will be lot of pr0oblems later on. then the secound down side is that its not sturdy enough. im borfer line under weight and i feel like im a fall threw the bed but again i will have to see how it holds over time

TLDR; got a bad batch didn’t know, seller contacted UStd us what Happened apologized profusely then gave full refund as a sign of good faith.So we got this bedframe and initially we thought it was just a cheap frame and that’s why it wasn’t sturdy. We bought under leg pads and a few other things as well as putting the bed against the wall to help stabilize it. The bed never collapsed or had problems like that it just felt wobbly and unsteady. 3 months later and I get an email from the seller that this particular batch of beds that I happened to purchase failed their quality control and were somehow sent out in error. Without me complaining or reaching out to them or anything the apologized for the inconvenience and that the bed was not up to standard and refunded my order in good faith. 10/10 customer service very responsive and caring for their customer. We will continue to purchase from this seller as they have shown they genuinely care about the customer and the products they are selling.

I received this bed frame one day before the expected delivery date. It was very heavy to carry, but I managed to get it into my apartment. Initially, I thought it was difficult to assemble, but after starting it became clear that it wasn't. I like the built-in USB 3 ports that comes with it, but not so much the LED light, but that's my personal opinion, other people might like it.

One of the best bed frames period. I don’t write reviews often but this bed was so easy to assemble thanks to the small instruction manual, also there are spare parts which is a good touch. No need for assembly tools as all tools necessary come with the bed frame. On top of being easy to assemble it’s heavy and definitely built strong. LED lighting and usb points are a bonus. Simply amazing.FYI there is also a space dedicated for headboard making it a little future proof.
