I’m very pleased with this purchase,I was scared to buy something heavy online but I’m really happy with it, it came on time well packed and it was as expected like the photo, it fits my 65” TV perfectly. The fireplace is a great add on giving it a warm looking.

Worth every pretty penny I spent. I thought I’d have to bother my dad to help me but I built it on my own. At one point I had to buy a drill to complete the stand (the instructions do state you’ll need a drill, although I thought I would be able to circumvent not having one). It took quite some time to finish but the instructions were clear and easily understood. All in all I’m so glad I purchased. I love it. Goes with my decor perfectly -10 stars.

The TV stand and fire place are beautiful!! The first heater didn't work. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a new out and it works great!! It keeps the game room nice and warm. The customer service was excellent. I definitely recommend it!!!

Took me 4 hours to assemble and I was a machine builder, but looks excellent. Some trouble with the doors sticking somewhat, but other than that, this is awesome.

I have researched for months looking for the right size and style of electric fireplace I wanted to add to my RV. I kept coming back to this one.The product arrived a day early in 2 boxes. One box contained the fireplace piece and the other box was the cabinet and hardware. Both boxes arrived undamaged, no product damage, and everything needed was in the box (including crystals and 2 remotes). My husband was able to put this unit together my himself in about 1.5 hours.There are 12 different setting for the flame ambience setting. I have not tried the heater part since it’s too warm where we are.The storage area inside the cabinets are plentiful. Definitely helps with storage for us full timers in the RV.We moved our TV from the original position in the front of the RV onto the TV mount that was included with the fireplace. Fits it perfectly and makes watching TV more comfortable.This a is very nice, well built, and sturdy fireplace. I highly recommend this piece and I have no complaints.

I never write reviews, but I love this unit so much I felt compelled to do so. It is every bit as beautiful as the photos make it look. The fireplace insert itself is amazing; very modern looking with so many options to change both the flame and crystal colours separately. It puts out a decent amount of heat, though I wish you could adjust the temperature in less than 5 degree increments.Assembly isn't difficult, but it is time-consuming. It took me maybe 2 or 3 hours to do by myself. The instructions are clear.We didn't need or use the tv mount at all, so I wish there was an option to purchase without that.Overall extrememly happy with our purchase and would recommend to anyone.
