4 Step to finish a amzing cake

This is not a cake mold. It is a set of flat plastic outlines for the alphabet. You have to make a whole sheet cake, then cut out the shape with the stencil. I know how to write, I can do that myself. Total misrepresentation.

Absolutely useless, advertised as a mold got send a stencil, and their support offers me £10 for a refund when I have spend £30 for this item. Need to value their customers to gain loyalty and own up when something is wrong and reimburse. Really needed this product for an event which has also cost me. Not happy at all
