So many of these 'rolling work stools' offer little in the way of features, and some come with nothing more then a place to put your rump, this one at least has a workable tool tray and some holders on the sides... so that's good. There are other offerings out there that do not offer ANY type of 'back support', where this one does, and although it's not 'really' that supportive... it's far better than many ... especially those that are nothing but a round pad.I like the fact that it comes in 3 colors (as of this review), but I would like to see a few more (blue/green/orange/purple... you get the idea)... this won't make the stool any more functional, but it will likely entice others to pick one up... especially those who prefer to color coordinate there workspace. The build quality is very good, and the 'construction' is easy and quick, and the wheels roll smoothly. I have no issue believing this will support the 400lb load it claims, but I have No Intention on getting Anywhere Near that weight on it.Proper care and maintenance will ensure this will likely be the last one of these you ever buy (unless they start making it in a color you prefer).I hope this helps.

This is a good quality garage stool. The components are solid. The wheels are big and sturdy. The chair is comfortable and appears to be made of rugged materials that will clean easily. The height adjustment works nicely and has a good range. The side accessory holders are nice.I'm using this in my garage when working on projects that are lower to the ground. This stool is very comfortable and moves nicely when moving around a project. Bikes and automotive projects are typical for when I get this stool out. It's great to be able to be at the height of what you are working on, and not kneeling or sitting on the floor. The tray and tool holding accessories work pretty good. The tray is not very accessible when the seat is all the way in the down position. When it is fully raised, you can access the tray. The hanging tool holders are also just OK. They don't attach, just hang over the brackets, but they have enough space and holes to accommodate a typical set of wrenches and screwdrivers and ...sodas. They really do look like cup holders, and in my last few projects are just filled with other tools.I find my self knocking these attachments off. Either when a tool gets stuck and the attachment comes with it, or when I'm getting up I'll kick or bump the holder and it will tip over on the floor. The main thing that is GREAT about this, that is a huge difference over my old stool is the size of the caster wheels. The larger wheels roll over little bits and cracks and make it so I'm not getting stuck. This is fantastic.***ASSEMBLY TIP*** The included 8mm allen wrench to tighten the casters can only complete 2/3 of a turn, before having to remove and re-insert. If you have an 8mm allen socket, or a longer 8mm allen wrench, it will make your life a LOT easier. These bolts require quite a few rotations to get them tight and they are recessed into the frame, so its not fun. The included tools make the assembly completely possible, but it can be easier.I am enjoying this stool very much.
