I’m 5’6” and 140 pounds, the size and weight capacity of this weight bench is perfect for my routine exercise. Assemble part was quite straightforward, took me about 30 minutes. The overall quality of the bench is great, I only wish it could be fixed to floor or ground which would make me feel more stable.

I got this Foldable Multi-Purpose Workout Equipment for Home Gym for my daughter, who has a home gym and is concerned with keeping in shape. Here's what she says about it:This gym equipment is decent. I am 5'8 160 pounds. It feels sturdy enough. For me personally, I notice a significant difference in stability compared to the one at the commercial gym just based on how the base is set up. But I don't think that I will fall or get injured or anything like that. So it's not necessarily a dealbreaker, just a difference in quality.Some of the tools were a little difficult to use, however they work at the end of the day, and set up was not hard or lengthy. It was just a little bit frustrating at times.Like I said, overall the product is decent, not fantastic, not terrible. It is good for a home gym and casual user, which is what i use it for. But I haven't gotten rid of my commercial gym membership, so I use this equipment as a secondary for when I don't get to the gym.Recommended for the user who might wish to avoid signing up for a commercial gym. This is pretty good, middle of the road gym equipment.

Dip bars are a no go. Seriously. I don’t know who could use them.It was easy to assemble. There are some workouts you can do on it despite the dip bar being an issue. Everything else feels pretty stable. It’s a budget option Roman chair.

I really like this piece of gym equipment. Once assembled, the product is sturdy and feels quality-made. The only reason I removed a star was because the setup procedure was frustrating. While all the necessary equipment was included to assemble the product, the tools provided do a terrible job. For example, the two included wrenches constantly slide off the nuts and bolts when you are trying to tighten them down. A socket would make this task significantly easier. Aside from the setup, the product is easy to use and conveniently folds up for easy storage. I would recommend this for someone looking to add a quality piece of gym equipment to their collection.

Easy to assemble - didn’t take long at all. Easy to adjust height of leg pads.Poor rating is due to instability. When doing a glute-ham raise with weight, the area that is intended to secure my feet pulls off the ground. Stopped using it due to lack of safety. Design requires wider base/ergonomics for stability.Too bad. Would have been nice to have this equipment at home without paying a TON.

I heard that training the back muscles can improve the firmness of the face. In order to correct my hunchback and make my face tighter, I bought this Roman Chair to start my back muscle training. Its metal parts are very thick and strong, but I think the manufacturer can do better in the cushion part. All in all, I think this chair is very useful.
