First, the woman Rita was a joy to work with. This company’s personnel are second to none. They are terrific. The fabric on this blind is beautiful. The only drawback is that although the stripes photograph as black, they are slate blue ! So , this blind is beige, cream and SLATE blue. I had to repaint bathroom to go with the blind, but it’s so well made.

This shade fit my window perfectly. I like the fact that the company contacted me before they made my shade better because I discovered that I had entered the wrong measurements. They corrected my measurements and I received the shade before the expected date. It was very easy to install, good quality, and is room darkening just how I wanted it.

Wish installation directions were more clear. Never having had a Roman blind before, we were clueless about putting them up. We made a Very Crucial mistake of taking the strings out, thinking the strings were in place for safety during shipment. Nope! Big Mistake. We then spent literally hours trying to restring the shade. We did restring it, and it’s been hanging for a few days. The shade itself looks fine. But it’s definitely very crooked. One of the strings must not be right.Lesson learned.I just wished the instructions spelled everything out for us novice beginners.

Super happy with the shades I ordered! Easy install, color of material looks better than the picture and really made well. Great communication from the seller as well. They double/triple check to make sure you measured correctly. Sent them images of my measurements via text so they can see to the last centimeter. That’s why they fit perfectly! And they even send you confirmation once it’s shipped.

Needing to replace worn blinds in a bedroom, I thought I would try ordering Roman shades from the Grneric vendor on Amazon. Pleased with the product, I could have not asked for better results. My husband had them up lickety-split, in 5 minutes, with no trouble. All hardware was included, and extra. Thicker than they appear in the advertisement, the quality of the roman shades and the fabric are superior. The pleasant design is true to the picture. Affordable and low priced, I would recommend these shades to anyone looking for a great product and great savings.

I purchased 11 room darkening shades to invest in my home. (To save on cooling costs as I have large picture windows, most south facing) I have been burned in the past purchasing room darkening curtains, and thought this time I'm just going to go for it. With this product I am over the moon THRILLED. Why? Here are just a few reasons. They are well made and TRULY darken the room. Like DARKEN the room. The room facing patterns I picked (Ivy and wavy grey) are exactly as the pictures show. Hanging them was a dream. For all 11 with a helper, took less than 2 hours. (And that included taking down the old busted plastic ones). I chose the solid metal pull for the shades and am so glad I did. Extra hardware was included, and I picked inside the window frame hanging. Let's talk customer service. Oh. My. Gosh!!! I honestly cannot remember in all my years the level of service I received from this company in recent years. They were with me EVERY step of the way. Literally. From talking through the measurements, sending me 3 to make sure they fit/worked before sending the rest and that I was happy with them, following up AGAIN once they saw I had received the rest and if I was happy with them. WHAT!? THRILLED. You will not be disappointed. If I had more windows, I'd shop with them again. Highly, highly recommend. Thank you!
