I wanted more light in the front of our garage without adding an outlet. Too expensive! This worked to add a better and brighter light on our garage door opener light socket so now we can turn on a light if we need more light at the front of the garage and didn't have to hire an electrition. By being able to twist the light downward we could add a three prong screw in led fixture that gave us a very bright light where we needed light.

We bought these for cameras we set up at my grandmother's house and they worked perfectly. They are light and versatile to provide a wide range of mobility and clearance. They were easy to install and wr haven't looked back since putting them up. These are great for all light and camera needs.

This will work for light bulbs but not much else. It easily lost the shape your adjusted even with a light bulb it would often fall a couple inches from where I placed it.I tried it with a bulb camera and fan and it would not hold them up at all.This might work for some uses but not mine so I will be returning them.

Had a weird socket in the basement stairwell, but then we finished the basement and didn't want that look. This is flexible and easy to install at any angle you like. It hasn't drooped or lost the shape at which I installed it. The first pic shows the fixture sticking straight out of the wall: you just twist the extender into that, then bend it to achieve whatever look you're going for. An inexpensive solution to a problem that would otherwise require an electrician and a new fixture.

I was not able to find an economical gooseneck office lamp. This was the perfect alternative. It is in my normal side table lamp shining down on all my plants and still hid by the shade. Glad I bought these.
