Minstrel Harp (TM) by Roosebeck with organic vine design hand carved in side panels. Featuring the smooth, sleek look of the Chelby levers is reflected in their functionality. Compared to the standard Roosebeck harp levers, the Chelby levers are mechanically superior. The design allows the lever to engage the string from the side and limit the possibility of strings lifting off the bridge pin. Professional harpists appreciate the red and blue colored caps, which make it easy to locate the C- and F-string levers. The lever is attached to its base by a hex bolt. A synthetic washer is spaced between the lever and base, creating a smooth and controlled, lifting action that resists slipping once engaged. The base of each lever is mounted to the harp arm by two screws, should any adjustment be necessary. The bridge pins for the Chelby levers have also been improved; they can be adjusted, in or out, by simple turning with a hex wrench.

Harp is beautiful, but it did not come with any tuner or extra strings as stated. This is unfortunate because the harp needs to be tuned frequently when new.

Hooray, this came packaged well and was delivered at my door because it WASN'T shipped via a Postal Service. The PO forces me to pick up big packages from their building. The harp looks and sounds very good. It screams QUALITY in every angle! I didn't have trouble tuning it.I am surprised that amazon.com doesn't have sellers for harp display stands and harp holders!

The very day I ordered this harp it shipped AND it arrived three days earlier than expected.My harp arrived well packaged. The harp itself seems to be decently made. It did not take much tuning after initially getting it before it stayed in tune. The levers all look good and move easily. And, the harp sounds lovely! The only off thing I noticed was that there were a few horizontal cracks on the inside of the soundbox but those are merely cosmetic and could have happened in the time I have had it.The harp came with all the promised items such as its two tuning keys, extra set of strings, and instructions for what to do when your new harp arrives.Please check your harp's soundbox for the tuning keys and strings if you cannot find them. Thanks to another reviewer (after a good deal of panic before remembering) I checked in there and was relieved to find what I was looking for tucked away.

The designs are just so stunning and the sound is better than I could've imagined. It comes with strings attached, keys, and extra strings. It's taller than I thought it would be. A steal for this price. I highly recommend!
