You just paid $9.99 for a Rosary in a nice zippered case. If you remember that when you open the package, you won't be disappointed. And I wasn't. The case is nice, very soft. Mary on the cover is a sticker as opposed to being printed. The zipper is also of decent quality and goes almost around the entire case so it opens flat. The case is lined.The Rosary is what you would expect for the price you paid. The crucifix is made from a lightweight zinc as stated in the description. If you ordered one with roses, they are made of a lightweight plastic.I'm not Catholic so I'm not sure what the rules are for Rosary for a child, but I tended to wait until the kids were older before I started spending more money higher quality items that they were of an age to take better care of.

This rosary is lovely. I have an affection for Lourdes and have been looking for a rosary for the first communion of a family friend's daughter. The white rose beads were perfectly appropriate. It also gave me a reason to tell her the story and she was actually interested! Even her friend wanted to listen. It made me feel so happy to share the story, especially with children. Her parents really appreciated it. They especially liked the soft case too.It's only about 10 dollars so the beads are plastic (which was probably better for giving it to a little girl) and the case is soft with a simple zipper. I only wish the crucifix was made of a bit stronger/sturdier material.I like it so much I'm going to get one for myself. I've been looking for a travel rosary and, again, I always loved the story since I was a kid. The one with black and red roses looks so cool (Ive ordered it already). I might have to get another one, the purple (which is also really pretty!) so now I can have one by my bed and carry one with me always~Remember to double check which one you pick before you order! Some of the different colors have VERY similar names

This rosary and case are so very pretty and the perfect size to carry in a purse or pocket. It is lightweight but sturdy enough for daily use and is well made with carefully connected beads and chain. It is long enough to wear around the neck if desired. The really pretty pink rose beads are just what I was looking for and I really appreciate the quality of the cross and central medal on the rosary. This will be my "carry with me" rosary for my purse and I will enjoy using it when I am praying the rosary at church. Definitely a lovely and reverently made Catholic rosary.

This lovely rosary is outstanding not only in appearance but also in the way it feels. The surface of the beads, the smoothness, the spacing are wonderful. You don’t ever have to feel the chain if you don’t want to. It just flows through your hands. It’s light weight and flexible and feels really right. Very nice. The beads shaped like roses are only a tiny bit bigger than the pearls, lovely to look at and fit with pearls beautifully.The zippered case is firm and protective but not rigid like the older ones.I really recommend this rosary. It’s beautiful to look at and felt like mine right away.At first glance because it looked small when I first opened the case I wondered if this was intended for girls rather than adults but when I took it out of the small cellophane wrapping I could see it was definitely full size.

Beautiful rosary I gifted to my housekeeper after she lost hers the week before Easter.Such a sweet rosary, with pink, heart-shaped beads that slide gently between my fingers. There's no sharp bits, like you get sometimes with plastic beads. The pouch is pink with Maria de Guadalupe surrounded by roses and touches of metallic gold. The zipper slides easily, making this a lovely Mother's Day gift for my sweet housekeeper.For $9, this is a lovely gift for someone or even yourself as you pray the rosary.
