About The Material These Picks Are Made From:
Plectrums made from stone have been used traditionally throughout the world since the dawn of stringed instruments millennia ago. Quartz crystal is a hard crystalline mineral composed primarily of silica. Most quartz crystallizes directly from molten magma, and quartz is the 2nd most common mineral found in the earth's crust. Quartz crystals appear in a wide array of colors, and generally range from semi transparent to almost fully translucent. A number of varieties of quartz crystal have their own well defined names for them, such as Amethyst, Citrine, Smoky Quartz, Milky Quartz, and Rose Quartz. Some varieties of quartz are considered proper gemstones, while many others are considered semi precious stones.
Rose Quartz is a common, but widely loved, variety of quartz crystal. It is known for its pale pink to rose red coloration.

Repeat customer. 2 set and separate times. 1st purchased the brown set out of curiosity. Rounded edges very slippery till I put grip stickers on it. Makes an interesting tone. I prefer Ernie Ball Prodigy 2.0 mm picks but I am loving these purple picks which actually has beveled edges. I am having a lot of fun with the purple ones. Maybe the difference is the fact that these have beveled edges. I don't have the slippery problem with the purple ones. I would only buy the ones with beveled edges.

We love these cool pics. They don’t really change the sound but they are tactile and beautiful to look at.

It was mediocre at best. Pick was way too thick and big. It's durable because of its thickness. I don't see myself using this on a day to day basis. Not easy to use, cool gift idea for players.

I got two one for me and my lady my blue adventurine is, both are very vibrant and pretty (blue adventurine came in about a 3mm maybe 3.5)so it's kinda chunky I still love it for its unique feelthe amythst one for her came around 2-2.5mm like the gator grips we use so it's nice it's close to our likings, solid feel and makes an interesting tone vs the Dunlop being more muted she loved the feel and natural gemstone cold feeling it has to it would buy again, thanks

Using stone picks for the first time can be a bit jarring. The picks glide across the strings like butter, SMOOTH is an understatement. Not to mention tonality, these are the best sounding picks money can buy. Not to mention they look really nice. I will admit, they do vary in thickness (one of the picks is about twice as thick as one of the other ones). Aside from that fact these picks are perfect and will probably last you a lifetime as long as you don't lose them.
