Product description says "easy to install" and "Technical assistance after the sale" neither of which is true. The installation instructions are terrible and in a few places just plain wrong. Kit arrived with parts missing, none of which proved to be essential. 2 stars because it does work after you get it figured out.I would not buy this again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

I bought it for my 2011 Dodge Caliber.Pros:• Instructions were decent but could be better, for me at least,• The cruise control works very well after installation,Cons:• I think the most important downside is that the wiring harness was short since the installation manual stated to pass the harness through the firewall, but I don’t think that it’s possible without drilling into the firewall, so I passed the harness through the fender and inserted it in with the vehicle’s main factory harness which is more neat from my opinion, so the harness just barely reached with some compromises using the neat method.• The manual stated that the kit includes some Posi-Tap Connectors, because for my situation they were mandatory, but I didn’t find any in the kit, so I had to get some of my own.

My 2010 jeep wrangler had been wrecked and put back together before so milage may vary. My steering wheel already had the plastic clearing for the lever as well as wires from the ecm through the clockspring. I just depinned the plug from the included harness and pinned them into the same spots on the existing clock spring plug on the horn harness And it worked just fine. This being said i think my jeep came factory with cruise and they removed it after a minor wreck for some reason.The instructions are low quality and hard to follow but do have the correct instructions. I was also given the wrong hardware bag and had to source my own screws to hold the switch in since none included fit.
