I loved it for 1 hour . Then the remote stopped communicating with the stand. So the music and rotation work but the lights . The light function does not work while it is rotating. It's too complicated to explain. I'm sending it back

The tree arrives in just couple days for international shipping. Decent quality and easy to assemble. Kids absolutely loving it when I put the parts together. The noise level is mild which is much better than the previous one I bought last year. Overall it’s a beautiful tree can sparkle the night. I will recommend the product to my friends in the future.

This product failed almost right out of the box. It operated for about 3 hours then failed. Even the replacement failed. Do not get

Well unfortunately replacement unit fail just like the first one, Pop and all the light went out. Will definitely NOT purchase again. Fortunately I was home both times it failed (never leave a tree plugged in while not home). Contacted seller and was sent a know unit. Current unit works as intended with remote working as it should. Happy with customer service and prompt replacement. Initially thought - Great concept and well made but once plugged in and turned on if you turn music or motor off the remote becomes unresponsive. The only way to restart is to unplug and wait a few minutes to reset and plug it back in. Disappointed 😔. It’s a shame really as the folding aspect, the fact that it had adjustable screws for the trunk and that it is all metal are all high points, but the malfunctioning remote spoils the festive experience. A few days after reviewing after rotating 15 - 20 min there was a pop and a puff of smoke.

The stand quit spinning two days after I had it it only has one song that keeps repeating and the light function does not work
