It's excatly like the ones at the Dr's office. I love it. You can hear your little ones heartbeat whenever you want and that's my favorite part about it

It's ok, but hard to hear the heartbeat and LOTS of feedback from the machine. I got this so my son could hear his sisters heartbeat but he doesn't like it bc of the loud feedback and this is not eligible for return
