I was new to Rapidograph pens and bought this for a Christmas gift request. No wonder it took so long for me to receive it - it was shipped from Japan! Questions I ask and replies were not perfect - a bit of language barrier. At one point from a message from the company, I was expecting the whole pen to arrive but it was only the pen point that arrived.. No invoice was enclosed in shipment - just a wad of a Japanese newspaper. I paid $30.05 for this pen tip. I just now ordered the pen AND pen tip from Jerry's Artarama online for $35.00 and I will have it in one week. I've been very nice about this critique but wouldn't recommend this product even be an option on Amazon's site.The company seems eager to be functioning in the US marketplace (and on Amazon?), but they really should stay in Japan. I wonder what it will cost to return it to Japan (it went through customs - the declaration is on the shipping box!)?
