The product works great but some DIY modifications will be needed. Nothing crazy for a guy with proper tools and hands on experience.Would walk away if your new to wrenching

I have an EDGE model and they fit. I ended up not using them as I adjusted my stock ones and leveled my truck without issues.

Had an extra leaf added to the rear and she was doing the opposite of the Carolina squat lol.. From the ground to the bottom off my wheel well on the rear was 38” after the new leaf was installed and only 35” on the front… Ordered these took 4 hours to install by myself on the concrete and got the 3” of lift I needed!!Highly recommend

I installed these on my 2000 ford ranger XLT. With the original torsion keys at about half way of bolt threaded in, it sat 1 1/2" lower. I thought about just maxing out the bolt to level it but chose to get these aftermarket keys instead. I threaded the bolt in just to where you can see about a quarter of an inch thread past the wedge. When I first had the truck on the ground the front sat 3/4" higher than the back so I wasn't happy with that but after a few laps around country side roads it now sits 1/4 lower so I'm very Happy with the results. Definitely use a good quality torsion key tool, they can be rented at automotive stores.

all these do is start the rotation of the torsion bar sooner so you won’t have so much bolt through the top of the retainer when cranking your factory keys . That is it. If you crank your keys to level your truck or install these the torsion bars and adjust to the same ride height it will simply have the same pressure on the torsion bars and the same ride quality. however I bought these because I’m particular and I didn’t want and inch of bolt through the retainer holding the tremendous amount of pressure that the keys have on them. My factory keys were adjusted with around 1/2” of thread on the bolt through the retainer. After putting these on (you absolutely will need the right puller) I was afraid I was going to explode a 2 jaw pulled with the shocks and sway bar disconnected..I adjusted the bolt the same as factory and it was nearly 3” of lift even after driving and letting it settle. I adjusted to where I have only 1 thread at the through the retainer and I still gained 2” of lift.. now my truck sits higher in the front than the rear by 1/2” I wish the orientation of the hex was about half of what these are from factory. Then You could adjust anywhere from 3/4”+lift While maintaining good axle angles and being just a hair under level .... overall they do what they are supposed to. Just a little much.

These keys were easy to install. Installation took roughly 1 hour. Before the install I had the stock keys tightened and it resulted in a very rough ride. These new keys provided around 2 inches of lift and made the ride smooth again.

Just had this installed on my 2005 Ranger FX4. I actually got 2.5 inches of lift. Just bought new tires. 265/75R16 and it’s perfect. Truck looks amazing and rides great. I also had Monroe Reflex Monotube shocks installed at the same time. Love my truck all over again. With the this leveling kit and bigger tires I gained 3.5 inches in the front and 1 inch in the back.
