This item stopped working after 3 days. The app kept saying that the machine/ lock was at 10% battery, even thought i just put new batteries in it. Also, it would constantly say “bluetooth failed” right after connecting to the lock. Overall, the technology features are iffy (at least from my experience). It has been impossible to get to chat with someone from customer service as well. If you want to get this product as an old fashioned, overpriced door knob, it works fine for that… but the technology has been a disaster for me since i got it
