How to Install
- Choose a suitable location to install the round rail mount, vertical railing is preferred. Prior to installing the grill, check that mount does not easily move with a reasonable force applied.
- Slide L-Bracket & Clamp on to mount knurled rod.
- Adjust threaded flat surface of L-Bracket to level position and tighten firmly with two 9/16” or adjustable wrenches so L-Bracket & Clamp cannot be moved. NOTE: Level positioning is critical for even temperatures across grills cooking surface.
- Carefully hold grill body, with lid closed, and thread on to L-Bracket TIGHTLY so that grill does not unthread easily.
- Check that the grill is tight and level.

I bought this grill for my boat. It’s beautifully made. I needed help figuring out how to attach. But one I figured it out it was very easy to install

The diameter of the rod is too small and the grill just keeps flopping over - which is great when you have burgers on there, love getting grease all over my boat I just painstakingly cleaned.Seriously, this is not a Magma product and should be removed from Amazon.

Easy to setup and sturdy. It works great and didn’t damage my boat rail even without the included protective sleeve.

This product is trash. It’s not a Magma product but they used deception to trick you into thinking that it is. It broke and fell apart on the second usage. I can’t even return it as it is out of the “return window”. Hopefully I can save others from buying this garbage. Pathetic. It should be removed from Amazon.

This is a proven product that I have seen on other boats so I was not worried about the purchase. The round one is smaller than the rectangular one but it is great for my boat and it works really good too. One thing is that if you leave it mounted to the boat when you are boating it rattles very loudly. I drilled a hole in the lid and keep it zip tied shut when boating and it is perfectly quiet.
