This review is for a set of round steel rods sold as Amazon ASIN B0DGGDNV71 by seller AOMIKITSTU. Note the listing has multiple variants. I ordered the 5pcs round, 305mm long, 3mm in diameter.The rods were very well protected inside the package with multiple layers of bubblewrap. The rods were straight, clean, and of the correct dimensions. The ends were cut cleanly and the diameter appeared to be consistent.The listing claims they are type 304 steel, which is one of the stainless alloys. I was unable to confirm the metallurgical makeup, but their appearance is consistent with other 304 steel I have.If you need a couple of short lengths of 3mm steel, this listing is accurate.

This is a 3 mm stainless steel round rod. It is in absolutely perfect condition - reasonably straight, nice surface finish and accurate size. I am measuring from 3.000 to 2.997 mm diameter. The ends are straight as well, most likely cut with abrasive wheel. It is barely attracted to a magnet, so it must be stainless. The packaging job was the first class - to insure no damage to the content no matter what.
