Dimensions are quite accurate. Quality is high. I used some bicycle U-locks to fabricate a mirror stand. I needed some "feet" to cap the ends. As U-locks are generally 12MM in diameter, these slipped right on perfectly! I use a lot of U-lock shackles in my projects so these will come in handy for months. Great find.

I got these to fit over the ends of some rebar that I used to build a racoon guard over our small pond. These fit without tearing but are made of thinner material than other caps I have bought.

Very easy to work with. Fit most standard bolts and really help to dress them up. Also great functionality as they stop you from scraping against them to protect them.
