This typewriter arrived in pieces. Plastic guards that were supposed to hold it in place were either missing or ineffective. The pictures of the product look great, but when you receive this model, it is cheaply made in China and the construction of it is not built to last. Two thumbs down.

This does not come with a case!I tried contacting the company several times and after several attempts they offered me 10% back for false advertisement. You can buy a regular typewriter for cheaper and this ribbon is very dry and does not print well. I do not recommend buying from this company.
