I returned the first on because it didn't work. The replacement arrived today and it also doesn't work. Called Royal Sovereign and when I told them I wasn't interested in giving them my address for a "give away" they hung up on me. Thought maybe the call was dropped but no. Same happened with my next 2 calls. STAY AWAY.

It works takes a bit to get use to it. Jammed once but was my fault. I had to take it apart because Quarters went inside the machine. There was a nickel in it a and I only did quarters so someone else must have had the same issue. lol

We received our coin sorter today. We used it, and the front button that turns machine off and on already doesn't work. How disappointing. Also, wasn't at first jamming, and then started to jam. Also disappointing. Now what do we do with it? That's alot of money for something defective in the first day of use.

I started using this machine about 9 PM And struggled with it for about 3 hours. I was trying so hard not to give up on it. It would work sometimes and then most of the time it just wouldn't. After jamming for at least 5 times I couldn't do it anymore. I had money that got stuck in the machine that I couldn't get out I just left it in there and returned it. Nice idea,just needs improvements

It works well. It is electric which I like. Our first one was battery powered. Great for home use. We just drop in the change and turn it on. So far it’s worked as advertised.

I sorted about $200 worth of coins in about 30min. It did jam twice, but the top is easy to remove so you can resolve the issue if a gentle shake or tap on the side doesnt do it. I was surprised to see I didnt have any misplaced coins. They all went where they were supposed to. I am very happy I bought this instead of these $200 alternatives.

The machine works pretty good. I took it to work and helped my co-workers count and sort their coins as well as mine at home. The percentage i saved from going to the grocery store paid for itself. It does jam if you put foreign coins or 2 coins pop in the same slot. I learned to fix that problem in 30 seconds so after i learned that the machine worked perfectly.

THIS MACHINE WORKS WELL, AND IT WILL SORT THROUGH YOUR CHANGE LIKE CRAZY, AND IT SEEMS TO BE ACCURATE AS FAR AS FILLING THE TUBES GOES. BUT TO ADVERTISE THAT IT WON'T JAM UP IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. I HAD A PENNY, AND A NICKLE GET JAMMED IN THE SORTER AND HAD TO TAKE THE WHOLE MACHINE APART IN ORDER TO REMOVE THEM. THEY ENDED UP ON TOP OF ONE ANOTHER AND LODGED IN THERE TIGHT. THE WHOLE MACHINE BOUND UP TIGHT. THAT WAS THE ONLY TIME IT HAPPENED, BUT IT DID HAPPEN. OTHERWISE MACHINE WORKS VERY WELL.
