The durable, battery-powered Tap+ is small enough and light enough to slip into a pocket or fit in a toolbox. It's also perfectly comfortable as a desktop time clock. But like its older brothers from TimePilot (Extreme, Vetro or TimePilot PC, it frees you from the time-consuming and error-prone task of calculating employee hours from timecards each week. And because timecards are a thing of the past, TimePilot Tap+ also prevents their alteration, as well as discouraging buddy-punching.

You know you're in for trouble when you load the software and the first thing you have to do is update it. Interface is very outdated and confusing set up. Hard for employees to know if they are keying in with the beeps. All the keys are black. Had to also update to get the time pilot to recognize the key numbers. Not worth it.

This is the second I have bought. The time pilot system is great for a construction business.

This item works great for me. I am still learning all the little things you can do with the time pilot central software., but no I can track hours to the tee and get a better feel for my crews performance and what they have accomplished by setting up multiple tabs for specific tasks. I think for the money you can't go wrong if you are a small business.A. Champney

They could use some development help with the software, very 1980's.
