Last month I had a bathroom faucet (i.e., Leland Two Handle Widespread Bathroom Faucet in Chrome, Model 3575LF) that dripped water every nine seconds. The fix was to replace its O-rings and Stem Unit Assemblies. Just turn off the hot/cold water inlets to the faucet, unscrew the small hex screws, remove the handles, remove and replaced the O-rings and Stem Unit Assemblies, replace the handles, reattach the hex screws, and turn the water back on. That fixed my leak. An easy homeowner DIY job.

This replacement worked to fix faucet leak on a delta kitchen faucet (orleans model). I should have taken a picture of the old one before I removed it. I had a bit of trouble trying to figure out how to orient the new replacement. Oh and save the small quarter stop piece from the old one. This new eplacement one does not have it.

This replacement had a stainless steel valve seat while the OEM was plastic. Works and fits like it should.

We had an annoying leak in my hot water for my tub for quite a while. My husband was able to easily install this and now the leak is gone!
