It's a little tricky to connect/disconnect, and you have the opportunity to connect 'upside down', so pull out your voltmeter to make sure the pins are what you think they are before you start hooking things up.Once you have it connected correctly, it's just what you need to start connecting things you your Pi's GPIO pins. Great product.

The breadboard is most difficult I have used to get wire pins into board.It is usable though. will set it up with some buttons then not plan to change or use for anything else.so far the expansion board pin labels I have checked are correct.The pin names location card is nice to have, very handy.might have gone with another for about same price but without the breadboard and used my own breadboard.

The quality of the wires are Ok. But I do not know if it is possible to spoil the wires at all. The expansion adapter board had slightly bent pins in one row and it was difficult to insert it into the breadboard which was also far from the straightness. The printing on the GPIO expansion adapter is difficult to read. The ribbon cable has high profile of the connectors that makes it impossible to attach to the Raspberry Pi 3B+ in standard case and still be able to close the case from the top.
