Just got them today, my first impressions. I ordered two of these, I haven't used them yet but plan to order at least two more. These are not thin tin pie pans. They are thick, durable stainless steel and will likely be around a hundred years from now. I didn't think pie pans like these were still being made. I was impressed with how heavy duty they are. They;re a little larger than regular pot pie tins but I think the perfect size for making individual serving chicken pot pies, beef pot pies or fruit pies like apple. A little pricey but worth it, no buyers remorse.

I didn't believe my daughter when she told me not to warm up food in the toaster oven in glass or ceramics because she read they could break. She said it happens because the toaster oven burner is too close to the container. I didn't believe her until it happened to me and food dripped down onto the toaster oven burners. Yuk - a big cleaning job! Now, I only use these mini-pie plates and another stainless steel container to warm up food in the toaster oven. Before I put them in the toaster oven, I put parchment paper on the mini-pie plate and then the food on top of it. That way, I don't have to scrub to clean the metal plates. I can just throw away the parchment paper. I also really like that these mini-pie plates fit in the plate slots in my dishwasher. Basically, easy peasy to use and clean!

The heat is not distributing evenly, parts of the pie is over cooked, while other parts are still raw .

These little pans are outstanding. They are sturdy and seamless, and I'm confident that they will be passed on to another generation. We spray the inside of the pan with oil before adding the crust, and pie removal has been effortless.We've been working to perfect "sugar pie", a confection that my husband's grandmother made when he was a child. This is a perfect size for four (or two!) small servings of this rich dessert.

These pie pans are fantastic. They are quite thick and not flimsy, at all. Well worth the price paid. Ordering and shipping was fast and easy. I will definitely be ordering more of these pans.

I have had one of these little pie pans for a year and it has held up, rust free, to numerous uses, so I have purchased 2 more. Much better than a previous "stainless" one from another brand which rusted immediately and apropos of nothing. Not heavyweight, but sturdy and well made.Makes a pie nicely sized for 2, with reasonable 4 slices for the red blooded pie lover, especially if you over stuff the fruit. (It would serve 4 if you are willing to make pie and only have one slice.) I actually prefer the crust to fruit ratio of this to a full sized pie.

After many years of cooking for a family, it was time to scale down. I came across these Endurance 18/8 stainless steel mini pie pan set (2) during my search for smaller cookware. Food cooks evenly in them, they are super easy to clean, and are sturdy and not easily bent. After using them to bake mini apple pies, I liked them so well, I ordered 2 more. Great cookware at a decent price.

I love to make homemade pot pies. I've tried the disposible aluminum pans and never found one sturdy enough and not really the right size. I saw these on Amazon and debated whether to buy them because they were a little on the pricey side I thought. I don't think that anymore!! They are heavy duty and are the perfect size for a 1 person pot pie. If you're debating whether you should buy these I'd say go for it.....you'll be happy you did!

Love these pie pans. It is rare you can find stainless steel bakeware, let alone mini 6 inch pie pans. These pans are great for making mini quiche, mini Shepard's pie, Pot Pies, cheese cake or any type of pie. My favorite use is to use them inside my Instant Pot for pot in a pot cooking. They are the perfect size.These pans are a nice quality and will last for years to come. They are made in China and I prefer to purchase items made in the USA, but other than that, they are perfect.
