Easy swap out of the original network adapter that would only use 2.4ghz wifi. Immediate 10x increase in download speeds reported by speedtest.net when I connected to my 5ghz home wifi. Makes this old Win11 compatible laptop MUCH more useful.

I used this as an update for an older HP laptop that quit recognizing all WIFI. Like the description. Make sure your laptop has a removable network card. Copy the numbers on your old one and Google those. There are several posts as to what can replace an obsolete network card, as I did.

I also bought the 8-in antenna wire that plugs right into this card. It will not plug in no matter what I do. I'm about to get a hammer. It may be the cards fault it may be the antenna's fault but I still don't have Wi-Fi.
