I want sure how is like the paintbrush style handle for chopping or scraping but it actually works very well and gives you some leverage.

I had been using a steel spatula for cleaning, but had mixed results. This one looked sturdy, but was priced less than others. Took a chance. Works fantastic. There are two different sides. One side has a bevel and the other does not. Scrapes all the "gunk" off of my Blackstone griddle very easily.

It’s great for the price, definitely would buy again. We bought this for our school concession stand because they didn’t have one. It’s just as good as my name brand one.

I just bought a stove with a built-in cast iron grill (removable grill plate). Normally it would be a lot of work to scrub down the entire grill plate after cooking something messy like burgers or meat. The end of this tool is slightly sharp so you can quickly and easily scrape off your grill and then finish up with a bit of soap and water.
