These took a total of 30 min to install all 8 in the rear of my 2023 Honda Ridgeline. I needed alittle bit more height in the rear so I installed these. They are made of a very sturdy/stout rubber material that fits nicely between the coil springs. I used the 1" side since I didn't want too much increase in height. When installing I dipped the rubber spacers in a solution of water and soap. This made it very easy to install these rubber spacers. I secured the spacers with Zip Ties as you can see by the pictures. I highly recommend these if you are wanting something that doesn't create a metal to metal contact (like some other spacers) while raising the height of the coil springs...an added benefit, they are easy to install.

Barely; But was able to get them in after trimming down the insert side. They worked great to stiffen the spring and offer a little bit of lift.

Installed in 2023 Kia Sorento that squats more than I would like with heavy bike rack and two electric bikes on the back. Had hoped to stiffen things up but does not seem like it made much difference. Better off just to increase tire pressure

I was having some trouble with bottoming out and was looking for a way to stiffen the springs without a compete overall. Ended up giving these a shot and they are doing the job for now! It’s not a long term solution, but they work as a short term inexpensive option.
