This was purchased to replace a worn-out rubber pad strip on my motorcycle lift. After years of use the original rubber strip was torn and coming off. I spec'd out this strip as a good replacement thinking I could cut to length and glue on to replace the old rubber padding.This was just slightly thicker which met my needs and was the proper width already. It was relatively easy to cut with a box cutter and a new sharp blade. I used rubber cement to adhere this to the metal frame and it stuck well.There was surplus which came in handy! I mount video cameras to my motorcycle to capture my adventure and the clamps that hold the camera to the handlebars or other mounting surfaces were too large in diameter. This rubber strip material was perfect to use in lining the clamp for a very secure and firm grip. I ended up using this strip material for two clamps in addition to replacing both jack support plate strips. Sturdy, flexible and easy to cut and glue.

Cut some pads for the ends of my leaf springs on a Silverado that has the known clunk issue. Sandwiched between and added some flaps to zip tie in place. Noise eliminated!
