I was expecting playground tiles that would have some “give” and cushion a fall. These rubber-cal eco safety are hard as a rock. They may have an impressive rating, but this is not soft if that is what you are looking for. This is not the squishy material on playgrounds.The product description says “soft and forgiving”. This product is not soft nor forgiving.

Heavy and rugged excellent for sitting outside getting trampled by the elements. Not soft at all ideal for going by the trampoline opening to protect my little ones from head damage if they fall.
