This pad works great. I bought it along with 3M DOODLE BUG PAD, BROWN, COARSE (5 pack) to scrub new tile to get the film off that the installer left behind.

Works great for cleaning floors. Using green floor pads or white cleaning towels to maintain a shine. I trimmed a green floor pad to fit, and leave it on the tool, and place cleaning cloths on the floor, and the green pad keeps the gripper teeth from snagging the towels. For general cleaning, this system makes a great mop, just apply slight downward pressure and the towels do a great job mopping floors.This would also be great for sanding floors, just add a foam section cut to fit, and this will work perfectly with sand paper.You can use stripper pads for floor machines (the old ones you have around) and trim them to fit for floor stripping.I used this also to clean shower walls (with the green 3M floor pads) and it made this chore a little easier.This would also work well when sanding joints during drywall installation...the list goes on.Any task that uses pads, cleaning towels, or sanding blocks and paper, this tool can adapt to do the job. I highly recommend it!

Been using this tool for years to clean my tub and shower. Needed a new one. Saves my back and is very efficient, use it with the white pad and water and it does not scratch.

This is a great product for scrubbing showers floors etc without getting down on your hands and knees. A little pricey, but it is heavy duty, made for commercial use.

The hinge on this item is very loose and flimsy, when the pad hits the slightest resistance it flips over which can be frustrating. Also, now that I have had it a while I notice the velcro hooks are poor quality, after you peel the pad off a couple times the velcro no longer grabs the pad. I thought they were clogged, used needle nose pliers to clean them out but it did not work. Now the pad keeps falling off. My advice, spend the extra money and buy the 3m brand. I have the same 3m version almost 4 years and it still works perfectly. Good example of "you get what you pay for"
