I knew I was paying a premium price, but I could not find a white shelf in either Lowe’s, Home Depot nor Menards so I was forced to buy it online. It came in an intact box wrapped on bubble wrap and so I was very surprised to find it scratched down to bare steel in multiple places. My guess is that it is a returned item. I wouldn’t have been disappointed if I didn’t pay so much for it!

The cost to return this product is double the price of the product. No indication on the listing of buyer being required to pay return shipping. False advertising saying that it is adjustable.

Love these shelves, hangers slide free. But you can't get the coordinating brackets. You can make it work but it's a bit wonky
