The color is very vivid and I was surprised. I was concerned about it being felt, but it is a very sturdy bonnet. The size is perfect, it flatters the face well. I highly recommend this product.

They took great care in the shipping of this felt green bonnet so it wouldn't get squished or folded. Product is very sturdy, I feel super cute and it's perfect for what I needed. Arrived 3 days early as well, would definitely buy again.

It arrived in a HUGE box, which turned out to be great as the hat was not folded as I'd expected for such a low price. It was uncrushed, unfolded, and in great shape. It fits my rather large head well, but my hubby tried it on for fun and it's too small. So if you have a truly big head like my sweety, be wary.It is so cute and I'm excited to wear it out and decorate it, but I ordered this particular bonnett for the stunning deep green color pictured. It's not a deep green at all, just a plain old, perfectly nice but not striking, straight forward green. I still like the hat, it's just a bummer when an item doesn't have the specific feature it was ordered for.

Don't buy this for Christmas!! Lime green not a suitable green for the holidays. Tried to return via US Postal and UPS, both cost of shipping was more than the hat. So I am stuck with a LIME green hat. Hat well constructed though.

This worked really well. I had to dress during a certain period, and this worked perfectly. I was able to embellish it with ribbon around the cap portion and it really help to make it look classy. I got many compliments on it, and I plan to wear it next year as well! It worked out well and I'd highly suggest buying this cap!

I purchased these for a Dickens' Christmas show, and they're perfect. Added a little ribbon, lace and trim. The green is a bit yellow green and the brown is a rusty brown, different from what I expected, but we're making them work for us. They're the iconic bonnet for that era (1843), good quality, and well constructed.

The product itself would be great! It would work perfectly for a stage costume. However, I was dissatisfied with the shipping of this product. The bonnet was squished into a box that was too small for it! It now has a permanent crease in the side and has lost its shape due to the crease. I'm going to have to reinforce the inside of the bonnet in order for it to keep its proper shape. Had it not been creased, it would have been a great purchase: high quality material, no frays or tears, looks great (other than the crease). The package arrived quickly (faster than expected). As long as it's shipped in a box of proper size, I would recommend this product.

After reading some of the reviews of the hats, I didn't expect them to be of the quality that I received. The hats are well made and the colors are rich and very lovely. I can't wait to decorate the one I will be wearing (as I will be playing a lady of means) to fit my character. It is so nice to find period hats that are well made and affordable.
