This is a nice wax block for skis & snowboards. I got it to re-wax our 3 snowboards & 1 set of skis. I have a flat heat press for HTV crafts and it worked great at 230degrees to melt the wax and drip on to the board. I used a silicone wide spatula to smooth the wax all over the board then a sharper/stiffer plastic scraper to smooth off the excess bumps. Finished with a micro-fiber cloth to buff it up a bit. Took me 40min to do 3 boards & 1 set of skis - easy peasy. Noticed a big difference with slide on the slopes - especially in the lift lines where it gets slushy and my board tends to stick a bit. I'll update on it's durability at the end of the season. So far - very happy with it's application, finish and performance.

Works just as well as any hot wax I've tried. Much faster to apply (1 snowboard takes

I have used this product on my skis two times now, and while it doesn't quite match the glide of a hot wax job, it's impressively close for something that takes literally five minutes to apply. The multi temperature formula has worked well in both the icy morning conditions and slushy afternoons we've had lately. The cork applicator makes buffing easy and effective. This is much better than similar products I've tried that use felt pads. The mini scraper is handy for cleaning excess wax from edges. It's a bit small for efficient use on a full pair of skis. I've found the wax lasts about 3-4 hours of solid skiing before I notice drag. I found that applying it indoors where it's warm makes the wax spread more evenly than trying to do it in freezing temps at the resort parking lot. Perfect for quick touch-ups between proper waxes or when traveling without access to an iron.

Rubbed some of this stuff on my snowboard on a nice spring day and it definitely helped quite a bit to get me through the flat areas. It's super easy to put on and the container that it comes in is super slim so you won't have trouble taking it with you on a trip or even on the mountain to do a midday tune up

This tin of ANDYOUSKI rub-on ski wax is definitely not as durable as hot wax applied with an iron. It's pretty soft and easy to apply with the supplied cork block. I see it as a way to "top off" the skis while on a trip in-between hot wax applications.Whereas a hot wax application can usually last the entire 2-3 day trip. The rub-on wax only lasts about a day before it needs to be re-applied. Rub-on wax is definitely better than nothing, but after a long day of skiing and back at the house, exhausted, the last thing one wants to do is wax skis on the coffee table for the next day. Again, it's not a substitute for hot-wax, but it's better than nothing.I have used the rub-on wax that comes in a tube that looks like roll-on deodarant. This one is softer and easier to apply, especially with the nice palm size cork block. I was going to give it 3/5 stars, but the generous sized cork block pushes my rating up to 4/5.

I used this on a 65 f degree day. I had a coat of fresh iron on wax as well since I knew the snow would be getting sticky. TI could notice a change though form the beginning to end of day as the rub on wax was wearing off I started getting a little slower. I am going to bring this on hill now and once I feel like I am slowing down I can rub a coat of wax on. Easy and quick to apply so perfect for applying mid day!

Rub-on Ski Snowboard Wax Kit works well- tossed the applicator first thing. I simply used a rag to apply the wax it to my skies and used the cork to rub it in. Helped me slid through the spring time snow like 'butter'. Nice system to have in my ski bag. 4 STRONG STARS!

I can't speak to durability yet, since I was only able to get one more trip in before this snow season ended -- but my initial thoughts are that this wax fills a nice niche between traditional Hot Wax and Spray Wax. It's a great balance between performance and ease of application and I'd prefer this over spray wax. This wax is easy to apply and took about 5 minutes, which is more or less the same as spray waxing -- whereas a hot wax application would take me about 20 min or so.
