The first set I ordered worked great, but the screw that holds to the cage broke. I ordered a second set and the water reservoir would not set down into the tray far enough for the pin to release the water because of the plastic bar that went over the tray insert.The original one I ordered did not have a bar. Not sure why the redesign plus I suspect I received a defective unit.

How did they get that on the cage? It magically went through the bar! Doesnt work as pictured. Had to zip tie onto the inside.

Be careful when ordering this to make sure your cages bars are spaced wide enough. This will not work for a rat, hamster, or mouse cage. Only for ferrets or bunnies. Larger small animals with wider bar spacing. I wish it did work because it is a great design.

The water dispenser is great the food one not so much. It doesn't fit our standard cage bars so can't use 😥

They are the perfect size for our Maltipoo puppies kennel. They were a little rough getting them positioned properly but overall a great product.

We have a disabled chicken. This allows us to set at any height provided you have the bars to attach to.

Definitely check bar spacing before you get these, i didnt and it was a struggle to get them to fit (which is on me) but i was able to get it to fit by bending the bars a bit. Once my guineas got used to it being there they love it :)
