Holes lined up perfectly for my '98 TJ. There was a curved bit toward the back, like it was meant to go around something instead of flush against the frame. Nothing a Dremel couldn't fix.

Fits my bumper area perfect but you would think they could have included 4 bolts to install it. The Jeep I bought used came with a Winch installed that I took off that left the frame area exposed, so this fit perfect. the OEM piece is over $100 at the Chrysler dealer. Happy with it but like I said, they could have sent 4 cheap bolts to install it with...

Well I'm giving this only 2stars. First it didn't fit my 98 TJ Wrangler because I have an aftermarket bumper, the holes that it mounts to are being uses by my bumper. Second, it seems very cheep made. Lastly it arrived with one corner broken off so the shipping was not good.they offered my 30% off if I would keep it. But it didn't fit anyway. So I have to figure out a way to cover my exposed frame.
