Received this awhile back without instructions. Contacted the manufacturer and they emailed me the instructions immediately. Used it for the first time last night and the pad wasn't thick enough for a good night's sleep. Will be using an air mattress for a better night's sleep. The set up without instructions was time consuming but once I figured it out, was easy the next time.
