The re-designed drag link is inverted or flipped up over the knuckle to increase ground clearance and reduce bump steer. This part may reduce need for drop pitman arm. NOTE: a 13/16 inch drill bit is required for installation.

It's beefy. It fits well. It's certainly solid enough. The reason for the one star? Because the tie-rod end nut does NOT contain a cotter pin like all the other tie-rods out there. Why is that a big deal? Because it continues to come loose sending my steering from solid and straight to all over the road. It's outright dangerous. I've had to carry a 3 foot breaker bar and a size 21 socket to tighten it down a couple times a week. I tried using Locktite to keep it from coming loose. No dice. It continues to come loose, and frankly, the fact that it doesn't offer any way to double lock with a cotter pin makes this thing near worthless.

I bought this when I went to a Dyantrac front axle with Reid shackles. The Reid shackles require an inverted drag link, and this one works well. The inverted drag link goes a long way toward correcting steering geometry on a lifted Jeep.
