The steps are good quality and they came with a variety of parts, however, the instructions were vague, some of the screws degenerated so were not usable, and the pre-drilled holes were too small so I had to re-drill and ended up ruining drill bits. The steps are useful once installed, but getting them installed is a real headache. (Note: For comparison, I had also purchased a flip-down bumper bed step from a different store which came with easy to follow instructions and parts that worked properly and I had that installed in no time.) To install this product I had to do a lot of time-consuming rigging.

I have an extended cap 4X4 and it realy needs two steps on each side so I may need to get two more of these. But the were easy to mount and are sturdy on my F350.

These would work, however, with all the wiring and lines manufacturers run throughout small hidden spaces and channels under the vehicle, I would not take the chance on drilling the holes to attach these to my truck. I returned these and ordered a set manufactured specifically for my truck to avoid having to drill holes in areas which I am unsure of the design and intended use.

There are no assembly or installation directions with this product. Have no idea how to put it on my Ford pick up. Is there any help available for this product or can something be sent to me for the installation and application?
