I was so excited for this dinner bell! I have been searching and searching for the perfect one to the theme I wanted and found this one!! It arrived thrown lazily in a box with bubble wrap just there, not even wrapped just thrown in. You have to assemble the bell but you have to figure it out on your own! There is no instructions!! Comes with no hardware to hang it up, needless to say it's still sitting in shelf in mud room as we are still searching for hardware that matches and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb!! Was so excited to be completely let down!!

At first glance, I was VERY disappointed. KEEP READING!! Negative first..... Frustration set in just looking at it, wondering how does this assemble. This item is not boxed, it's in a bag with bubble wrap around it. HOWEVER, it is solid!! For the price, it's good! I've bought one in the past paying double the price! Coming back to look at the picture, I believe the gift recipient will not have a difficult time putting it together.

This is super cute. But the string apparatus and assembly is kind of dumb.

No hardware comes with this bell, no instructions as to whether the rubber piece stays on by the nut when screwing it in, no other way to say it. There is a leather strap not rope. The bell doesn't tighten up so that it is straight. Over all its what I wanted at a price that i would have paid.
