I have had this sink for 3 years. The other day we heard a large cracking noise thought coming from outside last night cabinet under sink flooded. I thought was just the strainer however a very large crack. I installed hundreds of sinks never have I seen this before. Not easy to remove from quartz countertop as a very good caulk was applied.Not normal wear and tear.

I’ve purchase several Ruvati sinks. All installed for friends and clients. No color issues, no scratches, no complaints, it is strong and durable. I plan on installing more of this great product.

The sink is beautiful & the color is dark & rich. However, it was not packaged very well & arrived broken. Returned for a refund. Refund was processed quickly but was in the form of an Amazon credit. The credit was not a problem for me though because I had other remodel items to order.

It has a sleek and modern design and is easy to keep clean. I love the raised mat that goes in the bottom of the sink. Debris rinses away underneath and it cushions glass items a bit if you drop something in the sink.

Purchased this sink as part of a kitchen remodel - I saw several reviews that stated the sinks were cracked - luckily I didn’t have that issue. The sink is easy to clean and looks great in my kitchen. Pleased with the product and purchase.**Update 2024**: Sink cracked about a year into use however the company sent a new one as they felt there could have been a hairline crack that occurred during shipping that worsened over time. Only negative is having to pay to remove the old sink and install the new one. Fingers crossed it was damaged during shipping and not a quality issue.

This sink was not cheap. I figured I’d spend extra since I was remodeling my kitchen and wanted something good. Since I saw that this product was sold in home improvement stores (Home Depot- lowes- Menards-) I figured it would be a decent product and a reputable company. The type of company to a tand behind their product and any issues. I had my remodel completed by Aug. just about 2 months ago I was straining noodles in my new sink and heard a loud pop (remind you kitchen sinks are made to strain noodles in) I couldn’t find a broken glass or anything- a few days later I got under my sink and it was wet….. I was in absolute shock! That pop was my brand new sink!!! I called Ruvati and explained the situation. They said sorry, and they’d be in touch. The only contact I ever had was me contacting them. They finally sent me a new sink The 7th of Jan. but will not cover the cost to reinstall it- they weren’t going to stand behind the warranty also saying physical damages weren’t covered. What a joke. Thanks for the sink. Can’t wait to find out the cost to remove the new/old sink and reinstall this exact same sink I had an issue with.
