I bought these for my 2015 Toyota Tacoma and they ended up lighting up my license plate, bumper & most of the tailgate. Needless to say, this was way too much light. There were no instructions regarding (right or left specific) installation so I tried both ways and the result was the same.Along with being obnoxiously bright, the fitment & quality was not up to par. I returned this item and went with LED minibulbs in the OEM housing with great results.

Fit well on my 2005 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner. I had to reuse the old seals from the factory housing but they were a direct bolt on. No modification necessary and the license plate is illuminated very well now.
