These lights were a fantastic addition to my camp trailer. They were very easy to wire up and the quality of lighting is excellent. That being said, they are not perfect. For one, alot of others have noted that you can't use these lights with other dimmers. And second, the lights arent packaged the greatest. The light packaging can cause issues such as broken solder connections in some of the lights on arrival. This happened to me with 1 of the 4, but luckily, their customer service is excellent. After reaching out, I was able to get my light replaced quite quickly. I ended up with 6 lights installed in my trailer and a spare in case another breaks. Btw you can also unscrew the lens, resolder the connection, and put it all back together quite quickly. Granted, it may not last as long as intended.Although you can't (to my knowledge) use other dimmers with these lights, the one camperxlite makes is fantastic! Its a single pushbutton and the controls are very intuitive and easy. Push and hold turns on red, single push turns the normal lights on and off, and push and hold while on dims/brightens the lights. I like most that the dimming feature will stop at the lowest or highest setting automatically, so it wont keep cycling and go past the extrema as many other dimmers do.Overall the lights were a great upgrade for my trailer to light it up day and night. They are low glare and the 3000k option is real easy on the eyes. I could have gotten away with 4 lights, but 6 just fills the room up a bit better with tons of light that I can control as needed. 200lm is not a lot, so don't expect to use these to light up an entire full size RV. I would either use these as accent lights, or for complete lighting of small areas. For reference, my trailer is just under 5'x9' inside and 4 would have sufficed if laid out well.Sincerely, someone who does lighting for a living.

If you use this with their dimmer control, the documentation is for that and nothing else. If you use this with any other switch or dimmer, you are on your own to figure out the wiring and it may not be what you expect. Hint, blue is secondary ground for red, not secondary positive for red.

These are being used for a camper van build and they are super easy to install. The lights work well and give off a decent amount of light. I love the dimming function to create just the right amount of ambiance.

You’ll only get 3 inches of wire on both the light and dimmer. You’ll need to go to Home Depot to get more wire. Still haven’t done that and this project is sitting because I’m busy.

I love these lights because they are so easy to install, just cut a hole with a hole saw and pop them in. They look nice and put out good light. They fit up in my boats hard top t-top well and will hopefully last longer than my lumitec lights did.

Who needs an attractive 12 V dimmer? I do that’s who. I ordered the black one because it goes with the decor of my boat cabin. I have not yet installed it, but I did test it on a few of my 12 V bi colored light fixtures, and it works perfectly. I like that you can adjust the color tone of bi colored lights in steps, which makes it highly flexible. The aluminum construction assures you that it won’t rust. If you’re looking for an attractive and high-quality bi colored light dimmer switch for your boat or RV, this would be the one to get. It works with single colored lights too. I highly recommend it, and give it five stars.

I gotta battery situation and haven't hooked up yet. I tested them they work ..I had red light option to use when off ..I gotta see how much it drains the battery though. I'm sure it small drain..hopefully...but they look better than what I had they pop right on hole ..no tools needed ..I like the red light though. .u can choose not to hook up wire and not use but I like the red
